Has anyone popped over to Australia for a new e3 visa and left spouse and children in US on their current E3d visa?
Lawyer has suggested this is fine but I am concerened to do it.

I think you should consult someone who’s familiar with such proceedings. I'm looking now for information how to replace naturalization certificate. I used to check all my documents through the Internet service. In the same place, I got help for the first time with Form AR-11 Maybe you should also turn to them. |
